To be honest, there is nothing negative about the villa itself. However, it is important to know that the property is directly on the oceanfront, so the winds in this north-eastern part of the island can get quite strong at times. Because of this, dining outdoors on the front patio may not always be feasible on certain days.Additionally, if your travel plan is purely focused on daily sightseeing, activities, and dining out, this might not be the most central location, as most popular spots are at least an hour's drive away (the North-West or South-West might be better suited for that). However, if your main goal is rest, relaxation, and tranquility, this place is absolutely perfect.

La localisation, la cuisinière de la maison et la vue !
Manque des abris ombragés pour la table extérieur sur terrasse, les rochers de la plage rendent la baignade plus difficile qu'ailleurs.

La configuration de la maison est parfaite, la piscine, et les équipement de la maison. Les extérieurs sont très agréables (plancha, BBQ,). La décoration intérieure est originale et de bon goût.Très bonne qualité d’accueil, nécessaires de première nécessité très apprécié.
Le groupe électrogène est trop proche de deux chambres et nous avons aussi subi la nuisance sonore des deux chantiers jouxtant la maison. Et malheureusement nous n’avons pu profiter de la meilleure chambre de l’étage.

Un cadre exceptionnel et surtout des espaces de vies permettant le bien vivre ensemble.Concernant les services que la conciergerie Villanovo propose : Le service chef est top, les petits déjeuners magnifiques et nous avions pris les repas du soir.
Cela nous a permis de profiter pleinement de l'île Maurice et de la maison.

Emplacement incroyable avec plage privée. Maison très agréable avec chacun son espace . Le gros plus de la maison et notre coup coeur est la présence de Vimla. Elle nous a préparé des plats incroyable pendant 2 semaines et nous a proposé des prestations dignes d'un hôtel. Merci encore !

This villa is really a gem. From the moment we arrived we just loved everything. Very spacious. Very private, lovely little beach in front of the villa. Vimla came in every day, to clean and cook one meal. She was just amazing and her food delicious!! We hope to be back, this was definitely one of our best holidays!Villanovo was very quick to respond to all my questions and also had good recommendations on excursions we wanted to do - very quick response.

The Villa location is stunning. The photos on the website are good, but if you posted a VIDEO it would do it more justice. Absolutely amazing beach location. The Villa itself was stunning. Big and beautiful rooms, great furniture, attention to detail. The description talks of a thatched roof, but until you see it, you wouldn't realise how beautiful it is. Vimla was amazing, helpful and cooked great food. She also helped look after the two younger children and helped make the holiday special. The two owners are outstanding. They did everything in their power to help us get the most out of the holiday and we are so grateful to them. We did a BBQ on one day. Even though it was their winter, the weather was perfect. Even the two taxi drivers from Roches Noire were excellent. The garden is stunning, and at sunrise it is a sight to see. The pool was great. We have stayed at a few Villanovo properties, but this was the best. As I said, I wish you could post a video of the Villa as that would show customers just how special this place and the beach location are.
There was nothing to dislike. The only thing that could have made the experience even better would have been to have a small games room for the older boys e.g. table tennis, pool etc, but TBH this was not an issue. We struggled to get the smart TV working, but the owner Lindsay and his wife went out of their way to fix things for us and were amazing, driving a long way to replace the remote control!

They should have a cleaning service upon leaving with fees if wanted by customers as other similar rental services

What makes the villa stand out is its privacy, as it is elevated above the beach up to the mid-trunk of the coconut trees. It is equally ideal for those seeking tranquility or for family gatherings, thanks to the vast front and backyard spaces. There is also ample parking for more than six cars.
Special thanks to Ms. Vimla, the housemaid, who was truly wonderful, offering professional and exceptionally kind assistance. She kept the place impeccably organized, initiative-driven in preparing delicious meals, and paid attention to the finest health-conscious details, such as keeping food protected.
The owners were fantastic, welcoming, and very quick to respond to all our inquiries. The Villanovo concierge agent was equally helpful and attentive. We would definitely love to stay here again!
